Shipping policy

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and is closed on public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are processed from the next working day.

Delivery times
Delivery takes approximately 12 to 15 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs checks, weather and carrier delays can extend them.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the first scan to appear. Gaps of 3 to 7 business days between scans are normal on international routes and do not mean your parcel is lost. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email info@immhome.com and we will investigate.

Where we ship
We ship internationally. You can see whether we deliver to your country by entering your address at checkout.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Prices shown at checkout do not include import duties or taxes for deliveries outside the United Kingdom. Any customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict these amounts or refund them.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent at the customer's cost.
