Refund & Returns Policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@immhome.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@immhome.com.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — you will not be asked to pay to return a faulty item.
2-year warranty
Every light we sell is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults, starting from the date of delivery. Warranty claims are handled at hello@immhome.com; a fault confirmed within the warranty period is resolved with a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear.
Exceptions
Gift cards are non-returnable. Items returned used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer law of your country of residence.
