Shipping Policy
Free worldwide shipping on every order. Here is exactly where your lighting ships from, how long it takes, and what to expect at customs.
Where we ship from
Our lighting is made to order by our manufacturing partners and dispatched directly from their facilities in China. ImmHome is a UK-registered retailer and does not hold stock in the United Kingdom or the United States.
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 working days and typically arrive 12 to 15 days after dispatch, which is 15 to 20 days in total from the date you order.
Free worldwide shipping
Every ImmHome order ships worldwide at no cost. There is no minimum spend, and no delivery charge is ever added at checkout, on any order. Shipping is what we pay to move your parcel. Import duties, described below, are a separate charge set by your own government.
Customs and import duties
Because orders ship internationally from China, import duties, customs fees and any applicable taxes may be charged when your parcel enters your country. These are set by your customs authority, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
United States. The $800 duty-free allowance that used to cover low-value parcels has been suspended. US orders are subject to import duties and customs processing fees assessed by US Customs and Border Protection regardless of order value. Your carrier will normally collect these before delivering the parcel.
United Kingdom, European Union and elsewhere. Whether anything is payable depends on your local rules and the value of your order. Where a charge applies, the carrier will contact you before delivery.

Order processing time
Once you place an order, it is prepared and packed at our partner facility before being handed to the delivery service. Processing normally takes about 3 to 5 working days, measured from the moment your order is confirmed and paid.
Our partner facilities run on standard business hours, Monday to Friday, and stay closed on public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or a holiday begin processing on the next working day, so they can occasionally take a little longer to dispatch. Whenever a delay looks likely, we take steps to keep it as short as possible and keep you updated.
Delivery time
After your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 12 to 15 days. During busier periods, such as major sales or the holiday season, transit can run slightly longer. Customs clearance can also add time. If your order is affected, we will get in touch.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email notification with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
- If your order has only just been sent out, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the first tracking information to appear.
- If your order is already in transit but has not updated for several days, this is completely normal. Tracking tends to refresh once the parcel reaches its next shipping station, which can take 3 to 7 business days, so please bear with it.
- If you still have any concerns about the status of your parcel, contact our customer support team at info@immhome.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
Incorrect address, lost or damaged orders
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it before dispatch. Once an order has been sent to the address supplied, it can no longer be redirected.
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact info@immhome.com with your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
