Free worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide, free of charge, on every order. There is no minimum order value and no shipping fee at checkout, ever.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 10–14 days from dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery may take slightly longer; we will notify you if your order is affected.

Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at hello@immhome.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders arrive without additional charges.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it. Once an order has been dispatched to the address supplied, we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact hello@immhome.com with your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
