By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You may not use our products or the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Products and pricing

All prices on the Site are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include free worldwide shipping. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or product information; if we discover a material error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household or order.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both available on the Site and forming part of these terms. Every product is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Electrical products

Our lighting products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions supplied and any applicable local electrical regulations. Mains-wired products should be installed by a qualified electrician where local regulations require it. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Cold Heath LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
