Who we are

immhome.com, referred to here as the Site, is operated by Cold Heath Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16374118, whose registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. ImmHome is a trading name of Cold Heath Ltd. We are an online retailer; our products are made by manufacturing partners and dispatched from their facilities in China. Using the Site

By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You may not use our products or the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Products and pricing

All prices on the Site are shown in US dollars and include free worldwide shipping. Cold Heath Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order. Import duties and taxes charged by your own country are not included and are covered in our Shipping Policy. We make every effort to present our products accurately, though colours and finishes can vary slightly on screen, and natural materials such as stone and wood vary from one piece to the next. We may change prices, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or product information. If we find a material error affecting an order you have already placed, we will contact you before going ahead.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after you have paid, you will receive a full refund. We may also limit the quantities purchased per person, household or order.

Delivery and returns

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing partners' facilities in China. Shipping, dispatch times and customs are covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellation rights by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both are available on the Site and form part of these terms.

Warranty

Every product we sell is covered by a two year warranty against manufacturing defects, running for 24 months from the date of delivery. The full terms, including what is and is not covered and how to make a claim, are set out on our Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

The warranty is given in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not replace or reduce them.

Electrical products

Our lighting must be installed and used in line with the instructions supplied and with any local electrical regulations that apply. Mains wired products should be installed by a qualified electrician where local regulations require it. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, branding and design, belongs to Cold Heath Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in this section limits our obligations under the Warranty or your statutory rights. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
