What kind of lighting does ImmHome sell?

A curated range of design led lighting. That includes pendant lights and chandeliers, wall lights and sconces, table and floor lamps, and statement ceiling pieces such as wood bladed ceiling fans with integrated light. Every product page lists the full specification.

Are the stone pieces genuine natural material?

Yes. Our travertine and marble fixtures are cut from real natural stone, so every piece has its own veining, tone and subtle texture. Slight variations between items, and from the product photos, are normal for natural stone and are a feature rather than a fault.

What colour temperature is the light?

It depends on the piece. Many designs use a warm white of roughly 2700 to 3500K for a soft, cosy glow. Some offer cool white of 5500 to 7000K, or a selectable temperature you control by remote. The exact colour temperature, and whether it can be adjusted, is stated on each product page.

Are the bulbs included?

Many of our fixtures use integrated LED, so there is nothing to buy or replace. Others take standard replaceable bulbs such as E27, E14 or G9. The product page tells you which type applies, and the base type where bulbs are replaceable.

Do any pieces have smart or dimmable features?

Some do. Selected pieces, grouped in our Smart and LED collection, offer dimming, remote control or multiple colour temperatures. Check the product page for the specific controls.

Do I need an electrician?

It depends on the product. Hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures, such as chandeliers, ceiling fans and most pendants and sconces, connect to your mains supply and should be installed in line with your local electrical regulations, by a qualified electrician where those regulations require it. Plug in table and floor lamps simply connect to a standard socket. Every product page states how the piece is powered.

Will it fit my room or ceiling height?

Full dimensions are listed on every product page. If you are unsure which size suits your space, email info@immhome.com with your ceiling height and room size and we will advise.

What voltage do the lights use?

Our lighting is supplied for standard mains voltage. If you are ordering from a region with a different standard or plug type, contact us before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.

Where do orders ship from?

Our lighting is made to order by our manufacturing partners and dispatched directly from their facilities in China. ImmHome is a UK-registered retailer and does not hold stock in the United Kingdom or the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. There is no minimum, and no delivery fee is added at checkout. Shipping is what we pay to move your parcel; import duties are a separate charge set by your own government, explained below.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared and dispatched in about 3 to 5 working days, and then delivered in around 12 to 15 days, so 15 to 20 days in total from the date you order. Busy periods and customs clearance can add time, and we will let you know if your order is affected. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number once it has been sent. You can also use our Track My Order page at any time.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Possibly, and in the United States you should expect to. Because orders ship internationally from China, import duties, customs fees and any applicable taxes may be charged when your parcel enters your country. These are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are payable by the recipient.

United States. The $800 duty-free allowance that used to cover low-value parcels has been suspended. US orders are subject to import duties and customs processing fees regardless of order value, and your carrier will normally collect these before delivering the parcel.

United Kingdom, European Union and elsewhere. Whether anything is payable depends on your local rules and the value of your order. Where a charge applies, the carrier will contact you before delivery.

These charges are separate from shipping, which is always free. If you would like an estimate before ordering, email info@immhome.com with the piece and your country.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Under this 30 day policy items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@immhome.com to start a return.

If you are in the UK or the EU you also have a separate statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. That right lets you unpack and handle a piece to check it, the way you could in a shop, without losing the ability to return it.

If you are returning because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we pay it. Because orders are dispatched from our partners' facilities in China, the return address we give you may also be outside your country, so ask us for the address and likely cost before sending anything. What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not be asked to pay to return a faulty item.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every light is covered for 24 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, including LED module failure, driver failure and finish defects arising from manufacture. It does not cover accidental damage, incorrect installation, or normal variation in natural stone and timber.
