Two-year warranty
Every ImmHome light is covered for 24 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
What is covered
Cover runs for 24 months from the date your order is delivered, and applies to defects arising from manufacture. That includes:
- LED module failure
- Driver and power supply failure
- Finish defects arising from manufacture, such as flaking, blistering or premature corrosion
- Structural or assembly faults present when the piece was made
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, impact, or damage in use
- Incorrect installation, or installation not carried out in line with local electrical regulations
- Normal variation in natural stone and timber. Veining, tone and grain differ from piece to piece and from the product photographs, and this is a characteristic of the material rather than a fault
- Normal wear over time, including gradual dimming of LED output
- Replaceable bulbs, where the fixture takes them
- Damage caused by use outside the stated voltage range, or by an unsuitable dimmer or controller
How to make a claim
We assess
We reply within 1 to 2 business days. We may ask for a short video or for the model and batch details printed on the fixture.
We put it right
Where a claim is accepted we will repair, replace, or refund, at our option. You will not be asked to pay towards a repair or replacement of a faulty item.
Returns, if needed
We do not ask for a faulty item back in every case. Where we do, we confirm the return address first and cover the cost. Please wait for that confirmation before sending anything.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is given in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or reduce them. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, those rights include the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a consumer elsewhere, including in the United States and the European Union, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country continue to apply in full.
Nothing in this warranty, or in our Terms of Service, excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
