Every order ships with tracking. Here is how to follow yours from our warehouse to your front door.
How tracking works
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email notification with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. That email is the quickest way to check where your order is at any moment, so it is worth keeping to hand.
What to expect

Just shipped
If your order has only just been sent out, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the first tracking information to appear.

In transit
If your order is already moving but has not updated for several days, this is normal. Tracking usually refreshes once the parcel reaches its next shipping station, which can take 3 to 7 business days.

Still not sure
If you still have any concerns about the status of your parcel, contact our support team at info@immhome.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
Order and delivery times
Processing: about 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery: around 12 to 15 days once your order has been dispatched.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and is closed on public holidays, so orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next working day. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
